  * Small, clean airport.
  * Some unnecessary routine security checks which is annoying..
  * Overall well maintained and would be nice to expand it.
  * Its location is perfect as it is close to the city.
  * One disadvantage though is: there is no a proper furnished prayer room.

  The airport is relatively small and modern, but offers great service to visitors and residents of Sulaymaniyah. We hope to allocate funds from the budget of the Kurdistan region with part of its revenues to expand and add better services to travelers.

  It is small airport, need expansion, the staff is unfriendly, small caffe, but it is unfair if we compare the airport with other developed country's airports, step by step we will make decent one

  Normal small airport not special with complex system of security because you need to pass four checking places till you get to the plane so you must arrive 2 hours before every flight time to prevent yourselve from being late; it contain small cafteria which need so many improvement espacailly sandwiches but awesome to find place to do ISLAMIC PRY SALLAH ; NWEZH
