  Its impressive church. Usually I take my clients to Rabban Hormizd Monastery everyone like it, peaceful, nice people are living in Alqosh. One of the most important attraction in Iraq to visit.

  This is a great place to wonder around when you have time on your hands and need to just relax. Take everything you need with you and sensible shoes! Drive up as far as you can, park and explore as you walk up into the complex. You must visit the catacombs through the unmarked chapel - a torch might be helpful! Explore the caves on the left if you're brave enough! The more nimble footed will find the views on the hill to the right worth the clamber!
