  Very poor customer service
  I visited Qatar Airways Erbil office yesterday with a request for help. The lady didn't listen to me at all, she just gave me a business card and asked me to call in the morning. I called next day several times all day long to the 2 numbers on the card and sent email, but there was no response at all. Then I had to call the main office in Doha, Qatar to help and they did.

  Direction to the office can be much easier if one uses the justice ministry of erbil, because is directly opposite the ministry. It has entering access for physically disabled people to get to the office. Very well posted with Qatar Airways flying logos.

  Thank you over and over!
  You are truly a team player and went totally out of your way to help me, even out of office hours in your personal space.
  
  I take my hat off for you, dealing with the locals here. Without you I don’t know how I would have managed.. really..
  
  When I sent e-mails to all the local carriers to assist me, you really were the only one to respond immediately. as the other two big carriers made it seem like it’s going to be very difficult to do this. as i could read from the replies they eventually sent me.
  You truly lifted that worry off my shoulders.
  
  And when all was finalized and my dog was loaded, bound to South Africa, I wanted to give you a good tip, and your reply was;.. please no it was only a pleasure., I kept insisting you to take it.. but still you kept your humbleness..!
  
  After all I had seen you had to go through to get my very important shipment home, you stayed in contact even after it all to make sure I was happy, and my boy Toby was doing fine.
  
  Melvin.. Thank you once again! And I will definitely be contacting you in 2019 for more excellent service! Trust when I say, i owe you big time!

  Very good airlines and as an individual experience I travelled many times by qatar airways good service and they are taking care of their passengers and good timing as well good luck to be be the best of best
