Good and clean hotel. They do have nice food. Only problem is customer service. They do not talk politely and they ignore your questions.

The food was excellent .. Rooms could have had more space and specially the bathrooms were too small but yet it is good as we onky go for ziyarats and wht they have is food enough

It is a really great place. It is a 4 star. They have many facilities and it is near haram. The food is also good.

I loved the stay but the bad thing is its some lifts. They don't have proper buttons. Otherwise food and room is good.

This hotel is less than 5 minoutes walk from H Ali's shrine it's in a enclosed area the walk way is security checked. The rooms are fine flrniraq standards they have hair dryers- the hotel can also provide towels . The food selection is big Arab style they have a selection of salads , humus,unlimited water fruit juice and fizzy drinks. Food is varied they do home made chips and burgers we stayed there for 3 days. Unlimited fresh fruit all time. The breakfast is Arab style different types of onlettes, eggs, dates, they don't do bread western style but due Arab bread . The staff at the restaurant are friendly but generally the hotel staff are. It. St attentive but if you ask them for assistance they are helpful

specially dining staff is rude and ignorant.
