  Good place to have your company office and staff, huge gym and great dining area with bets food. The rooms are excellent feels like 5 star hotel and the Secuirty is great however the place needs some green area.

  It's a premier estate in Southern Iraq, convenient location (outside the concession oilfield) , quality service, abundant choices of food, fantastic gym facilities, fast internet, what else can you wish for? It's the best place to stay if you need a base in Iraq.
