  It is usually very crowded. If you are in the line, you might all of a sudden get a notification telling you that you need to visit again next working day, no matter you have been waiting in the line for hours. Be careful if you have got a ticket waiting for you number. The staff give you 30 seconds, if you do not go to the cabinet with you number , you might be forced to get another ticket waiting another hour.

  Government office, many unnecessary steps you have to go through, but the staff work hard and my experience was very smooth.

  This place also for residency authorities, they don't have a proper system. They can finalize a residency card renewal within 3 hours.
