Reasonable price for good room. Clean and large. Friendly staff. Very good internet connection. There was no hot water

I love this place the the staff! The best in Erbil for value and comfort in my 11 years of visiting. I will definitely be back. Has a small gym where everything works, great food next door and a few steps away. Easy parking and taxis - you are in the center of town or the Qalat in just a few minutes. Great internet too. Greetings to Mr. Albert and his staff - thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This hotel acts like a four star, but writes down three stars. I mean it is clean, has all the basics you want from a hotel, great breakfast, great staff which equals very good value for money. The internet connection here is amazing too.

The room and everything else were neat and clean, also, the staff were very friendly and ready to help, they gave me a room with a good view at a good rate, though, I had no prior reservation.

This is definitely the best hotel in the whole of Iraq according to the value for your money. Very comfortable spacious rooms and super friendly helpful staff. Location is near the airport and near highway to other cities in Iraq. It officially has three stars but could go for 4 stars!

One of the best hotel I tried in Erbil, if you compare the price with all what you got .. is't so amazing and lovely place with incredible service .. very clean and accurate with time.. I miss their breakfast :( .. so respectable place. If I'm going back to Erbil definitely I will book in Merci Erbil Hotel .. So recommended for all looking a beautiful place with clean and very good service. :)
