  My name is Elias Hanna Istefo Zakaria born in Qaraqoush / Hamdania in 1938. Now living in England since 1970. I spent a lot of time in Mar Behnam when I was young. I married in Mar Behnam church. My daughter ENAS was baptised in Mar Behnam she carry's the name of Sara which is the name of Mar Behnam's sister. My son is called Behnam (Faris). My youngest son is called Ephraim (Qais) after
  Al Khory Ephraim Abdal, from Qaraqoush, who was the head of the monastery of Mar Behnam. I hope to visit the monastery of Mar Behnam one day with my family including my grand children . I have not been to Iraq for the last 46 years.

  This monastery now is a safe place for ISIS.because the Flyer not beat this place..
