Nice, affordable and well maintained apartments in the suburbs.
The residents need to take care of the cleanliness and stop throwing trash wherever they please. There is a grocery story within the village, salons and a couple of restaurants which is really a convenience.

Beautiful, well-organized, relatively cheap, good value for money.
Service quality slightly above average.
Service fee a bit too high. Electricity in the summer is rediculously expensive, spent $250 in August for electricity!! Some spare parts are very over-priced.
Also, the water heating system is just bad. It's a struggle to take a shower in the cold winter!

Had some bad reputation but the Kurdish security working on it.

the prices are relatively good. The place is not well maintained. A kind of mismanagement. For example, you will see ugly electricity generator cables across the blocks. No regulation on how the cars should be parked. I like the lcation though. Behind Ainkawa which is good to go shopping or get whatever you want.
Erbil is generally overgrown and one problem it has is residency apartments, too many, I think. That is why places like Lebanese Village will not be able to maintain their buildings as you can find many of its apartments empty.
In the master-plan depiction you see that the place is all green. No, in reality it is NOT.

Friendly, well serviced(central gas, generators 24/7, clean),fairly good quality appartments but not wow, a bit pricey and little bit distant from the city center for someone without a car but in my opinion its a place to stay.
