The hotel is in Ankawa, not in Erbil. This is a small hotel in an Arab Christian town next to Erbil that is locked out of the wealth of the Kurdish area. Sadly it is one of the best hotels in Ankawa. There are true five star hotels in the main downtown Erbil area operated by Kurds that have spas etc.

Even though in their website advertised that they run their swimming pool, sauna from morning until 10 pm but I were disappointed because it was closed or unusable, also some of their rooms were smoky
