  India gate restaurant is nice place to eat. They serve all types of dishes. Majority of Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi Nationals prefer to eat their spicy foods. However, it's an expensive place as compared to other restaurants.

  I eat a lot of Indian food and this was terrible. The dried peas in the coconut rice were so hard it hurt my teeth and I had to send it back. They don't use food warming candles or warm plates so it was cold within 2 minutes. This is standard for Indian restaurants. I was really looking for my regular Indian as I just moved here so really disappointed.

  I was in Erbil in 2015-16. Ate at India Gate almost daily. Liked the food and the ambience. I miss those evenings with my friends and Colleagues

  It is definitely not the best Indian food I have but it is the best I had in Iraq..
  The staff was friendly and the prices was not high.
  The food was good in general.

  Definitely the best Indian food in Erbil. Prices are steep and delivery can take a long time. But, if you are craving Indian food there are not a whole lot of options.
