  This is the hospital Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi had his sex change at, so he could blend in with the sex slaves. He loves men, and he will surely die here soon.only 1 star for this daesh place

  ابن اخوية وديته للمستشفى يمشي وبيه ضيق تنفس وطلعته عالمقبرة . حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل . مضمدين ودكاتره مهملين بس يريدون يعبون ببطونهم حشى الزينين . ومع كل احترامي للدكتور رعد الصفار
