Seriously? Google offers the ability to write a review of a hospital in Baghdad? "Yeah, like I was treated here when I was shot in the face and I'm okay with the replacement eye they made for me from the excess packaging material my cousin Ahmed collected outside" or "the doctors took really good care of me here sewing my head back on after the jihadists recorded it coming off on YouTubespecial thanks to the nurses" or "While the service was okay and everyone was really nice, I do have to note that the amputation of my arm was completely unecessary when it was my leg that was damaged by the IED buried under the trail in my neighborhoodthat being said, do try the falafel from the cart outside the emergency room".
