  One of the best business hotels in Erbil. I travel all the time and it's safe to say I have seen my share of bad and good hotels. Grand Palace in Erbil, not only that it is in a very good location but also it has an amazing staff, very respectful, and they have very good service. I have even lived there for a while, that's how comfortable I was there. The staff and management are perfect. For business and a person who travel a lot, it's perfect.

  Our stay for business at the Grand Palace Hotel in Erbil was fantastic! It was our first trip to the Middle East, which given the time of our travel, left some concerns. Not only did we feel completely safe in Erbil, we were moved by how caring, thoughtful, and service-hearted the staff were. We became nightly friends with the restaurant staff upstairs, who make fantastic food (They hire top-tier chefs from around the world. We weren't expecting much, but it turned out to be the best food we had while in Erbil!) and are great for worldly and friendly conversation. Even the owner of the hotel would swing by, say hello and buy us a round of drinks or half a bottle of scotch on the house. All in all, we really made the Grand Palace our home. After our first night we canceled another hotel we had planned to stay at and remained at the Grand Palace the entire trip. As Americans, they really cared that we stayed there. It meant a lot to them. By the end..it was our pleasure. Thanks! -JJ

  That's a good and clean hotel indeed. Electric power and Internet are available most of the time. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

  I stayed many times at this hotel and I can warmly recomended it. The price quality ratio is great. The rooms are clean and the management will help you out with any problems you may encounter during your stay. Food at the restaurant while pricey is clean and tasty. Great service!!!!
