5 stars compared to other compounds in the city, rational:
Pros:
1- Services are available 99% of the time, including a cooking gas system.
2- When they have a major problem in the electricity system(A changer went bust), they solved the problem within 6 hours. that was the only problem we had, living there for 3 years.
3- good super market with slightly higher than usual prices.
4- Football fields.
5- Large green gardens, with dedicated playing grounds for each building.
6- The community is also good.
7- good insulation, between walls, bathrooms and the outside.

Cons:
1- Expensive services, as they charge according to the expended electricity (generator + public), hot water, cold water, gas and cleaning services). For a large family, it could reach 300 K IQD + per month. Depends heavily on how much electricity was provided by the generator.
2- While the internet is fine for browsing, we experience jolts in ping connectivity. So not good for gaming. However, you can get Kurdtele and connect to Gorannet or FastLine internet.
3-Some buildings elevators are not optimized, so you can hear unusual rattling and screeching.
4- We had a small leaking in the bathroom that was solved.

It is hardly encouraging when the Architect of the project gives only 3 stars to rate it, please Mr Revaz would you explain briefly why you think what are the negative points or shortfalls of this project, is phase one or phase two. thank you.
my only experience was visiting Garden City to buy and I was happy with the receptionist and her professional conduct, I was given all information I needed.
I would like also to ask the reviewers to mention why they gave 3 or 5 stars in their reviews to clarify what are the basis of their evaluation of the project.
