With over 2000 villas, Ganjan City is one of the biggest modern residential places in Erbil, located almost 20 km from Erbil city center.
Villa areas ranging from 250 to 1000 sqm with illumintaed main streets and a couple of green areas, shopping area, schools, mosque, with 24 hours water and electricity supply, security and cleaning services, Villa prices ranging starts from 80,000 USD up to 300,000 USD.

This compound is new, it is 8 minutes by car from the northern edge of the city. The buildings standards are great for Iraq. The local security and residnce is lengthy and costly.
