  I stayed at the Erbil Tower Hotel on 12 & 13 June 2012.
  I arrived at 3am and had the fastest check in I'd ever experienced at a hotel. I was taken to my room and went straight to sleep. I woke about 7am mainly due to the very noisy guests. I'm sure there must have been something on as the hotel was fully booked.
  I went down to breakfast where the restaurant was very full but I managed to get some food and shared a table. The food is buffet but very basic with omelette, chopped sausage, salad, cheese, breads. Tea and coffee also available.
  The hotel is very convenient to the Citadel and markets, and being so close to the Citadel makes a good landmark in case you lose your direction.
  I would class the hotel as a 3 star. The rooms fit the 3 star status, aren't as sound proof as most hotels I've stayed in but traffic noise is. There is soap, shampoo, razors, sealed toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom.
  Overall I found this hotel suitable for my requirements and would recommend it to leisure travellers and backpackers.
  Internet was WiFi and fast, no problems at all and included in room charge.
  Good variety of TV channels.
  
  Room Tip: I stayed in room 602 which faced the city and had good view. Most traffic noise is blocked.

  Somehow clean, good restaurant, fair service. There is some parties here which still overnight and may prevent you from sleep well.
