  Huge clean rooms, equipped with more than you need.
  Wonderful service, great attention to detail.
  huge breakfast bar, with wide selection of items.
  I can’t imagine why would anyone rate it less than 5 star! (The envious competition maybe).

  Terrible bar and restaurant services. It takes 45 minutes to get a mediocre straight out of freezer pizza and another 30minutes to get a beer. Plus it’s extremely expensive. Don’t even try.

  This is one of the top hotels you can find in Erbil. The only reason it is not classified as a 5 star hotel is because it does not have a poolif you want that, then go to the other Rotana closer to the city center.
  
  It's a step in the right direction for the Kurdish people and good for the future.
  
  Just like advertised, no tricks, nothing to worry about here. The last thing they want is for you to have an unpleasant stay.
