Good place to buy your clothes, since their costs are reasonable, but it'll be kind of a hard thing to find a good model that you're looking for, because they are all almost pretty the same. It's usually crowded here though! Because it's near the main Bazaar of the city.

It is an interesting place. Tons of clothing shops. It is right by a bunch of currency exchange shops, so if you need to get iraqi dinar with USD, then this is yout place. Also has a taxi center which is good if you need to go someplace around town or to another town entirely. There are also a bunch of other general shops as well a few restaurants. Interesting place to see.
