  I would give zero star if theres one! The costumer service us the worst ! I have dealt with many offices and they are the worst ..they dont answer the qustion and keep you on hold for days! And dont let me even started on the delays of sending my packages!

  It took two weeks for the package to be collected from Basra airport, besides there is no update to package location during that.

  worse DHL center and whats make it worst is the costumer services department in Basrah, they are impolite and very aggressive

  That's the worse dhl center ever, parcel has been arrived for more than a week in Basra and still can not be collected! What kind of service is this?! I would give zero star not even one!
