It's Shame DHL let their logo and reputation carried by these people!
I have send my nephew 2 hours drive to this place to post something urgent to me. The guy at the counter tried to rob him off just because his accent was not city accent ad he is from rural area!

There is a women at the desk she is very rude, she neglects the customers. It is my forth time i go there she does not answer the questions and neglects you. They also delay the packages. they don't inform you when your packages arrived. very disappointed

My experience was quite bad and ironic! First off they dont have a stable price for the delivery! They told me 3 difference prices in 2 days for same target! Secondly their staff is quite disrespectful and was not helpful.. DHL is good but this branch here in slemani is a shame!

It's really good service that we have now to transfer goods and letters, but unfortunately you do not have an Area Code same as Erbil have it, which can be use to specify the area. However if somebody wants to post something you need to use Erbil city as a main destination instead of Sulaimaniya. Please fix this confusion.
