It's nice place on the coast of Dukan lake

+The lake view was very nice! Decent balcony.
+Good food.
+Good pool and pool staff were helpful.(heads up: pool not hijabi friendly)
+ Lifeguard by the pool.
+ When we had issues, they were on it very soon.
- Food pricy.
- Water stopped. Hot water stopped for a while.
- No child bed intially, untill asked for it. Bed wasn't furnished well for a baby, we had to use pillows.
- No hair daryer, untill asked for.
- Not electric kettle, and hence not complementary tea bags.
- No mini bar.
- No dental kit.
- No washing cloth in the bath.
- One pair of sleepers for a double size room.
- They had lost our reservation which was more than a week old. Though they fixed it. Later, called us in the night to check if we had paid!

Nice view on the dukan lake
the pool isn't that deep 🤔 , i was disappointed with the pool , no sauna also , and the pool is being close at 10 PM to 8 AM , but the food was grate 😚👌 and also the rooms are grater

Nice and quiet hotel , reasonable price,clean rooms , room size suitable, outdoor swimming pool is available, you can walk to the charming lake of Dokan .
There is a bar , restaurant is good , offers many types of food like iraqi grills in addition to western and eastern dishes.

If you are tired from the city jam this is the right place for relaxing and swimming.

This was one of my first experiences in Kurdistan. We came here on a retreat and loved the pool and proximity to the lake. The food was very good and the hotel was very comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely go back.
