  *Went to get a credit card, they told me to wait 2 weeks. After a month I went to the bank they told me that my file is missing info (they haven't sent any email to inform me) . After another two weeks of waiting I got my credit card but I can't use it with any ATM machine because my password was wrong !
  
  *at the remittance department; they got me waiting for half an hour because one of their employees (Ms. Lynda) wasn't there. After a long time of smoking and chit chatting with strangers a man came to me and said: Why are you still waiting? She came a long time ago !
  
  *No clean cups to drink water
  
  *The only good thing I could say about this miserable bank is that their employees are nice, at least the couple of people I dealt with were
