Great service, they accommodated my request for early check-in. I had an 8 hour late over in Baghdad and the room served its purpose. The reviews raved about how clean it is, I mean it is fine but nothing to Rave about. The location was also good close to many famous places.

The staff are kind and helpful. They gave me their own cell phone to call inside Baghdad at the reception. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. However although there were signs of NO SMOKING at hotel, people at lobby (even one receptionist) and also at breakfast room were smoking! Sometimes even I could smell the power generator smoke at my room. The hotel location is good, right beside Tigris river but I do not know why no one walks beside the river. So I was afraid to do that either!
