It has one of the best parking lots comparing to other malls, rather than that, it's losing its place to them, day by day, less ppl are coming here, and you can even notice some shops started to close, just or split their space to other vendors to reduce the expenses.

Best spot is that cafe at the 2nd floor, you can just sit and relaaax.

Average mall, can’t find anything special about it, It is mostly quite. can be good place to sit and have a cup of coffee with friends if there were a shop presenting good quality coffee but unfortunately there is not

Let me start with the cons and pros this mall has..the first and most advantage it got is the multiple story parking area which is the reason that the streets near the mall are not jammed unlike mansoor mall or Baghdad mall .. the second point is the location which i consider it to be a strategic as its located in Palestine street as well as port saeed street which links it with bab- al sharqi downtown area. As of the cons .. i don't like the building's design nor the enterance .. they could have done a better job with them

Although small, but it is well organized. It is a great place to bring family and children in the weekends. It also has a designated parking area unlike most malls in the city.

Currently, the largest mall in Rusafa district. This mall consist of four floors: ground floor has grocery store, and sport clothing, the second and third floors have department stores, and the fourth floor is the food court and has a cinema.
The main problem with this mall is the parking, although multi story parking is being built the location of the mall causes traffic jams.
