  Saturday morning. Doctor "wisam Numa jwier" told us to come at 7 am. But he hasn't come until now (10 am). A lot of people are waiting in the waiting room. There is no seat available so we can sit we are very tired now since we woke up at 4 am and traveled 200 km to come here. Moreover we Already paid 1.5m Iraqi dinar for doing a relatively simple operation.
