The Najaf branch in cooperation with Erbil branch were a nightmare. Tried to transfer money from the sale of a property with them. I went to the Najaf branch. They said that they will do the job but after transferring the money to Erbil branch. We said ok. The manager seemed professional, the website looks alright. We decided to give it a try. We waited more than two months for only one of the three transfers to arrive. The phone contact was terrible. The guy in the Erbil branch was a simple liar. He will not answer the phone, tell us that he sent the money many days ago but it turned out to be a lie. After two months of struggle they returned us the rest of the money. But imagine this. Not only they didn't return us the commission they charged us at the beginning , they charged us additional money for returning our cash. Can You believe that?!
Maybe it is a good company for small transfers, western union or other small stuff. But for the real big jobs avoid them at any cost.response / report this review -
