Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The swimming pool is excellent and my children liked it a lot. The breakfast is very good also. Bus shuttle service to and from Imam Husain shrine is punctual.
The hotel prices is considered very high for most citizens.
Never satisfied with the restaurants that available within the hotel.

Very nice atmosphere. First 5star building in karbala n the services n facilities away better than rotana hotel. Good landscape and greenary areas. Spa n massage is cool.
