komal properties is a fraud company mr. gaikwad cheats and never gives pussession of plots , this company take advanses and cheat the customers they shows plots to customers which are not owned by them . the titles of the plots are never clear and all properties they show are disputed ones. it is my personal experience and i have taken legal action against them
