Not a good experience, will never recommend.
The only reason we stayed here because of the doctor and it was an emergency case.
This hospital is mostly short staff.
The staff do not care for patients, just wants to do their duties and get done, extremely Noisey staff when they do thier tasks. Keep chatting loudly in corridor about their daily life, not realising they are in Hospital where patients need to rest. Pateints pay so much and hospitals are expected to maintain silence, not the case with this one.
Walking in at 5 am and making huge noise of doors banging, coming in and out plus sliding shoes, heels. Breakfast time is supposed to be from 8am, but came in at 7.15am to get thier job done. Disrupting at 4.30, then 5, and every 30 mins entering and exiting without paying attention someone was just admitted at 3.30am and is resting. Keeping the room lights On, not turning off when leaving.
Poor management.
Noisy
Mobile phones ringing at loudest volume of staff 3 times in a row at 10.45pm, nurse do not care to maintain silence at all. I had to ask them everytime to maintain silence n peace for pateint.
DRAGGING PLASTIC chairs, seriously?
Floor Landline at full volume, ringing non stop.
Seems like the staff have been forced to do the job.
Or just got a job without realising or undergoing training to work in a hospital.report this review -

Wonderful experience. Dr.Pavan (Neurologist) was a wonderful, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, recovery, monitoring and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Wockhardt Hospital Mira Road and would highly recommend to anyone.

Doctor Girish bhalerao and team treated me for my ankle fracture and it was a superb experience and procedure was well performed with no issues. The entire wockhard hospital Mira road team were awesome and very cooperative,caring and concern. I would recommend this hospital and doctor for any kind of bone injury and fractures. Food of hospital is also better than other hospitals.

I loved the services at wockhardt hospital, Mira road. Had my Friend surgery in the hospital and the nurses , doctor and staff were very helpful,cheerful, positive and very professional. Dr Girish bhalerao and his team are very professional and i was explained everything in detail about what is going to happen. Everything was very smooth and well taken care of. Special thanks to doctor Noel who was on floor the whole day and night and kept checking on how I was doing .After my surgery my physiotherapy session were conducted by Dr Jessica Fernandes she was very patient and helped me gain my confidence. She is very supportive and even after discharge she is helping me out . Her tips and tricks are helping me in my day to day activities at home after surgery . I would highly recommend every patient to get their physiotherapy sessions done by Dr Jessica Fernandes.

Wockhardt hospital(formerly Umrao hospital) is the best hospital in north Mumbai zone. Its very clean , hygienic and well equipped hospital.I have visited Wockhardt hospital Mira road for severe pain abdomen and underwent ureteric stone surgery. my overall experience was awesome. I had opted single AC private room. Housekeeping services , Nursing services , Canteen services were apt and quite professional.
Administrative officers were keeping check of the services offered.
I would like to thank a ton to Dr Ashutosh Bagel sir-Urologist, Dr Kedar sir - Dr Jyoti mam (Anesthesiologist), Dr Tushayu and team Emergency medicine and all RMOs , nursing staff for their expert care and guidance.
Thier state of the art Emrgency care facilities, urgent care provided by emergency doctors when i was in tremendous pain was really appreciated.
Mediclaim and billing services have large scope to improve their services as time taken for finalising the bill after the point of intimation of discharge and approval of final bill from Mediclaim company took more than 8 hours on the day of discharge, half of the time was unnecessary delay just because of poorly updated discharge summary a night before the final discharge.
One must visit this beautiful hospital for their health ailments without fear as quality treatment is almost matchable to other reputed hospitals of south Mumbai zone.report this review
