The WeServe: An Initiative To Serve The Unserved, a social and educational enterprise, is working to bring in adaptable and sustainable solutions to the problems facing our society through a combination of expertise and innovation.Founded by Shri Kanhaiya Chaudhary who was a Joint Secretary level officer in the Government of India and has vast experience in administration and training. We are supported by veteran academics, teacher educators and education administrators mainly drawn from the Kendriya Vidyalayas & the Navodaya Vidyalayas and mentored by the experts from National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT), National Institute of Educational Planning & Administration (NIEPA) and National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).We work on Capacity Building of Teachers, undertake studies and offer consultancies in the areas of Education Planning and Administration, Implementation of NEP 2020 and its monitoring and evaluation, Quality Education, Pre-school and School Management, Student Assessment & Evaluation, School Accreditation and Quality Certification.We also impart training to the officers and staff members of Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous institutions, NGOs, Corporate and Private bodies. The WeServe has a pool of competent trainers who mainly serve/have served as faculties with DoPT/ISTM and other professional Training institutes/ academies. The Training and Capacity Building programs are facilitated by experienced policy makers, accomplished domain experts and subject matter specialists. The training programs being offered by the WeServe are contemporary and contextualized and best in quality. Also, offer consultancies in the entire range of HR functions, Organizational Development and Leadership. Project/program/ scheme formulation, implementation and monitoring and evaluation and impact assessment studies are also offered.
