Good place to stay. Location is great - exactly outside the railway station.
Rooms are fair looking at the prices. Room availability is a big concern though.
Online portal says "unavailable" still we MAY get the room at the counter booking.
For extra guests, they don't provide the additional mattresses which is the only disappointing thing.report this review -

The place is good, accessabile to railway Station and the maintenance is good. The only constraint is that the rooms doesn't have attached bathrooms there are common bathrooms which are well maintained. If the expectation is top class do not visit this place. Place is suitable for a quick refreshment and for a night or 2 stay.

The place is good with very clean rooms. The prices are very low. ₹300 for two to 6 people. They don't allow single occupancy. The services are good and rooms are allotted for 24 hours only. I would like to mention one point here, if you can pay more for a room, please book a room at a nearby hotel as many poor pilgrims have to stay out in the corridors as they cannot afford the rooms at other hotels and online booking is not their thing.

Nice, clean spacious rooms at affordable prices.
They're well maintained. Easier to get transport to the temple from here. Restaurant downstairs is an added advantage.
It is also surrounded by decent restaurant and taxi services.
Buses run at most of the hours to tirumala and hence good place to stay if you are going for the purpose of visiting temple.report this review -

Nice, clean spacious rooms at affordable prices. They're well maintained. Easier to get transport to the temple from here. Restaurant downstairs is an added advantage. Any supplies required for the stay (like soaps and toothpastes) can be purchased in the ground floor of the building itself.

The cost for the room is reasonable. Rs. 300/- for non-AC and Rs. 800/- for AC rooms per day. The room is spacious and can accommodate 4-6 people. Bathroom is neat. The only issue is that there were bed bugs in the rugs provided by them. So beware, check before using the provided rugs, pillows, etc. Overall it was good except for the scary bed bugs.

One of the best place to stay in Tirupati. However it is better to book accommodation online in holiday season as it is very crowded in holidays. The rooms are very neat and well maintained. It is centrally located and very near to the railway station.

Fantastic guest house to stay. Only online booking is done. Book your room prior to your arrival. Never ever seen a govt maintained rooms to be this neat. Its very cheap and affordable as well. I would definitely recommend anyone travelling to Tirupati to have their rooms booked here.

Good accommodation. But, no towel and soap. Linen not very good. Booking 00.00hrs to 00.00hrs is trouble some. Few extra hours also invites full day penalty. Meals good and free. No coffee and breakfast service.

Affordable, very close to the station. Suit roos are very convenient for big families but the cannot be extended to stay another day. Without prior online reservation, you can get a room if you managed to reach by 5am in normal days.

It's a nice place to stay as long as you have booked in advance, atleast a day before. Else you wouldn't get a room. The place is near to Tirupati railway station and wouldn't be difficult to locate. The A/C rooms are spacious and does accommodate 2-3 people nicely.

Very good place all facilities are very good hygiene rooms with less rent u can get all type facilities here and it's connected to Railway Station.... In future if I want to go tirupati I will definitely stay here.....

This is just besides the Railway Station and you can reach Vishnu Nivasam through foot over bridge from station, don't need to go out of railway station to get accommodation. Escalators are also available so old age people can use this facility. And also Vishnu Nivasam has all facilities like hotels, stationary & lockers inside. You also will have Bus facility to go to Tirumala.

Super place and convenient for lockers which is available easily. But for the rooms u should wait for some time to get. Free food is provided for pilgrims. Good management.

Its just opposite to TIRUPATI Railway station, towards platform no.1, so you do not have to worry about going anywhere. Also if your train arrives or leaves late at night its convenient for you as its just a walking distance away.
Rooms are clean and good enough but do not expect Hotel like facilities.
DO Get your reservation done prior online, you would rarely get the rooms vacant.report this review
