My experience with benchmark had been the worst! I approached them to apply for a tourist visa to Brazil but these guys took the money and my documents and never to the consulate. They work with 3rd parties in Delhi and have no hold of any information being passed. They work with several small fraud companies like Zingy Trips and several others in Delhi.
The story goes like this had- I booked my flights and hotel for Brazil and just 2 days before my departure they told me that my visa is still under process. Having spent about 2 lac rupees on my entire trip, I panicked and called the Brazil embassy in Delhi. The embassy couldn't find my application or my documents and told me that these guys (agents) never submitted any of my documents, also advised to collect them back from the agency as there can be a potential fraud/scam or identity theft - that these guys might even run away with my documents and passport. The embassy even called these agents several times but they disconnected the call immediately.
I had to personally visit the embassy in Delhi from Bangalore costing me an additional 17k INR. I would never recommend this agency, and they are possibility being blacklisted by the Brazil Consulate in India.report this review -

It was my biggest dream to go on a solo trip to Europe. But whichever visa agent I had approached, they all told me that it is impossible for a female solo traveller to get Schengan visa. Then luckily, I called up Benchmark. Pradeep gave me the confidence to apply for visa, and the agency helped me through all the documentation requirements. I would definitely recommend Benchmark for all your travel requirements.

Their service might be good but rates are not genuine. I was looking for Singapore visa and I have been told very high rate compare to other's in the market.

Benchmark is the best Visa consultant in Bangalore or anywhere for that matter. The consultants are extremely patient esp Prajwal who helped me throughout my ever changing plan of visiting Australia. He was very professional, even when I wanted to cancel my visa he very kindly agreed to refund the entire amount. They give very realisitic info and don't try to loot you. I highly recommend Benchmark for all Visa Reqts

Pradeep has provided exemplary customer service!! We got our Canada, US and Schengen visas with his help. He knows the tricks of the trade - what will work and what will not. Always available to take your phonecall even when he is on a vacation!! I would highly recommend Benchmark.

I have approached this place for applying for tourist visa for Spain (schengen visa ) for me , my wife and my mom. Pradeep was very friendly and he arranged all the needed documents for our visa nicely. He is having good understanding about visa procedures. And the bottom line is all of us got visa :)

Benchmark is really a reliable and trustworthy visa consultants, I have felt this with my own experience. And my story goes like this My wife and child has already received their permanent resident visa however i was not in the application hence I had to apply for a Visit visa to accompany them for few days but before coming to Bench mark I had enquired with many other consultants who all said that there is no chance of your visa getting approved and more chances of rejection. I was really worried and disappointed with all these negative response from other consultants. One day I was searching on google and i found benchmark and my good time started from thenI spoke to Mr.Pradeep over the phone who explained me the situation and what all things to be done to get the visa, Mr.Pradeep was very professional and confident, I really felt that, this is the place where I should apply for my visa. Mr.Pradeep and his colleague Mr.Anand both helped me in each step with all the best possible way to apply for the visa. After which i was just waiting to hear the status from Canadian High Commission with fingers crossed. It was just 19 days passed and I got the good news from Mr.Pradeep saying that the visa has been approved with multiple entry. It was a great moment in life and so happy with this. This is one of the best place to consult to get your visa . This is my first ever trip outside India. I was not aware of anything. Prior to approaching BenchMark, I had contacted VFS,Cox&Kings,Musafir etc.They told me that I need a bank balance of 4 lacs and that too maintained from 6 moths for a tourist schengen visa. Some of them told me that I am a solo traveler and I need NOC from parents even though I am 26!!! They also told me a middle class girl cannot travel to such countries as I cannot afford to stay there. I had dropped the plan of going to Europe. One Saturday morning I got a pop up add of Bench Mark on my phone. I called them. I must say Mr. Pradeep is a wonderful person!!! He gives you the right information. He did not talk to me just because I should consult BenchMark but, as an individual he provided correct information and convinced me that I too can travel. Mr. Anand is also an excellent person who took the process smoothly and explained me what exactly the embassy looks for. Miss.Sneha was in constant touch with me throughout the process.She made sure I get all the documents set. I am happy finally I got my visa :). Even after this they are sweet enough to provide any information that I need. I strongly recommend this place.

It was really a great experience, they supported me from day one until I received the visa. The visa as well was collected by them and couriered to me as I went out of station at the moment. They even tracked the process even after their duty was done, Mr. Pradeep specially personally took care of all the documents and formalities for my Europe trip. Worst experience. I have been waiting for a single mail about the charges and required documents for visa and nobody's is answering my call more over they don't even call you back if their number is busy. Time wasters . 😡😡
