  Busy and beautiful. Good connectivity. Good frequency of trains. Well maintained platform. It was the last stop in this direction of MRTS for a long time. Now the MRTS is extended to farther places, this stations is a major destination for the much loved Vijaynagar - Velachery 100Feet road shopping destinations. You get everything in this zone. You can even enjoy a walk from Grand mall to Phoenix mall enjoying the street food and food from some of the much loved food destinations in Chennai.

  Clean railway station... But can be improved even better... Wash basins on platforms are not properly maintained, since water logged inside the basin..

  Good station for many peoples to commute for day to day. Very big two wheeler stand is available in this station. This connects the costal part of the city. We will avoid the traffic by taking the train from velechery to beach station and vice versa.

  Quite clean but needs more to catch up. Parking facilities are good. Needs to be well illuminated during nights for safety and security purposes.

  Reasonably cleanly maintained. Railway passengers need Advanced Reservation Counters,ATM facilities, clean drinking water, digital train arrival/departure board,more frequent trains towards Thirutani,Sulupet,and some fast passenger trains during office peak hours in morning and evening to increase passengers.

  Velachery MRTS presently Terminal for South Chennai, from here we can reach all the important Chennai Terminals like Egmore,Chennai Central and Beach. The only fast conveyance with out traffic Jam and to reach many of the places through out Chennai Metro.

  The train is maintained in time. Public sense of cleanliness needs improvement. The area can be let to commercial so that the class of people visiting the station will also improve. Railways will generate some revenues as well

  Best transport from velechary to Chennai Central. This is starting point of Velechary to Chennai Beach route. The frequency of trains is good during peak hours. Ample parking space available outside station.

  Convenient, lots of parking space, needs maintenance, improved, I guess, but still lacks cleanliness, could be maintained a lot better. Considering the heavy usage, making it better is essential for the commuters then it's up to the commuters also to help maintain the place and trains.
