  My experience with ValueCoders is excellent, great company to work. The team is very systematic. Work environment is very nice, All seniors always come up with new ideas & Positive vibes. Infrastructure is very cool you got vibes to work and chill at the same time.

  Each of these cons I have experienced myself. Also, most people will tell you the same story.
  1. HR department is the worst. HOD in HR focuses on making life hell for employees. Everyday he comes out with new policies to make workplace look like jail.
  2. There is undeniable added pressure.
  3. There is no empathy from the management. Recently a colleague died and instead of supporting the family, CEO decided to fly to his vacation.
  4. There is no flexible working hour scheme.
  5. Lady TL in DM is a teacher. She only nods yes to the CEO to save her job and pressurizes employees. You can never expect guidance here.
  6. It is all politics between teams and managers fire you to save themselves.
  7. People are literally running away from this company because they're creating too much of work pressure.
  8. CEO uses most unethical words to humiliate managers and team members.
  9. Most job profiles are underpaid. Market is paying way higher than them.
  10. 10% is the maximum increment they give. That is the reason most of their great employees have left, or leaving for this company to sink.
  11. They have team that creates IDs and adds fake reviews on glassdoor everyday.

  Valuecoders has recently bagged the title of great place to work for the year 2022-23 for the 2nd time in two years and it justifies the goodwill of the company.

  Very bad company.Really depressed,after wasting my 4 hrs,the HR said that they hiring for Noida location which was very shocking for me. They don't value the time and effort of the interviewee.

  Zero star and no professionism among staff
  They took a written test and didnt even checked my sheet and then took me to a room and told in a low voice that you are not selected only people with refeeral are hired here
