  this is an true review on my experience with this showroom. They have good products but not good salesmen. They really irrespective and unkind. Their rates are comparatively same with other popular showroom.I recommend not some other . Very worst customer relationship.

  I bought samsung fridge from porur vasanth and co they before yesterday from sales rep Murugan.. he was very informative and talented.. it was such a pleasant experience and very much impressed with the way he handled us he really deserves appreciation and 5*..Good luck brother

  Worst customer service they are not responding when product didn't delivered Please do not buy anything if Vasanth and co puts exhibition at Chennai trade center I am waiting for one week to get my heater bought at Chennai trade center Worst worst worst I won't recommend this

  Too many employees and no work. The sales staff keep talking non stop but the fact remains that they have raised the prices way too much. Nearly a 1000 more compared to online and 600 extra compared to Satya agencies which is half a km away. They do have a lot of options though.

  Very worst customer experience. Not even eligible for a single star. I have purchased on 25th June and the items has not been delivered yet. Daily when I ring the showroom someone picks up and tells some new story. Really purchasing here was a fatal mistake I did. Kindly visit other showrooms or purchase from online stores rather than getting fooled by going to this shop. Very poor after sales service. The employees don't how to speak to a customer.

  Price is high compared to other shop around, we went to purchase washing machine led tv got the quotation and compared the price for same product from other shop nearly 4 to 5 thousand high in vasanth & co

  Product ordered was not delivered. Poor response from the dealer when asked about delivery. Buy products only if it is readily available for delivery.

  Staff not qualified and UN professional. No co ordination among staff. Pass on bucket. Waste much of the customer time. Promise prompt delivery while taking payment but never keep promise. Do not lift phone calls. If they cannot satisfy customer they should wind up business. Today after three days of billing since delivery of tv is not made I enquired in the shop. They assumed that by evening it will be done. No trace till 630 pm. Most in efficient store.

  Very poor store.. only fancy no real quaity. Had a very bad experience last month. Bought two new products from there last month ultra automotic grinder and preethi Aries mixie.. since I had good previous experience with ultra I got the same machine. But for the mixie they literally convinced me to buy with there marketing skills.. they even assured full support in case of any problems.
  I thought good products for better price from vasanth and co but within a week realized that they have sold a poor quality products in the name of discounts..
  Got problems in both mixie which made hell lot of noise and the grind dind grind properly there were visually manufacturing defects noticed.
  I went and asked for replacement but the staff denied to provide the replacement. The lady who initially marketed for the products went back in her words and said I never gave any assurance and told to go to service Centre in case of problems..
  They send the respective staffs to our house for verification. Grinders problem was temporarily stopped after their adjustments but the mixie sound issue was not resolved even after their technician replaced a washer in the new mixie.
  We went to their showroom and fought with their manager for nearly one hour even after demonstrating the noice issue they never gave replacement but only changed the motor with the demo piece.
  Guys they say once the good is sold they will never replace even if it is only one day.
  The assistant ace is very poor
  Pl don't buy from ant vasanth and co showroom..
