I ordered three outfits from utsav fashion. The first one came and was the wrong size. I had to get it altered myself. They did credit a small amount back. I contacted them and was ensured the last two outfits would be the correct size. Firstly, my final two were not sent out for almost two months. When I did receive them they were the wrong size again. I advised them that they sent the wrong size and I was told it was unintentional. I was not satisfied by their response and one of the suits was not able to be altered.
