Pathetic experience ever. Total waste of money and time. No cleanliness, dirty rooms and wahrooms, dirty bedsheets, dirty swimming pools and what not. Nobody to look after when you reach the property. Most of the time there was no electricity as well. Just imagine how we survived for 24 hrs here in this heat…
Whoever reading this review it’s a request not to even think about wasting your valuable money here…

Very bad experience! It was unclean and the toilets were stinky and slippery. The pool was the main attraction but that was also not cleaned properly, frogs were roaming all over. Not safe for children. Avoid going here in summer as there is no inverter and no proper ventilation facility.

Ulhas Farm House means waste of money. The Room We're bad there where frog & Bugs in room. And pool was not Clean, frogs & Crabs inside the Pool even the water was dirty as like pool was not Just clean for months.

Kitchen is also very Dirty.

No One is there to look after and area and ur Needs

Even area surrounded where not clean like expect
Just to enjoy Nature you can visit but u can't Trust on service

Ullas farms.. As the name states excitement in Marathi, didn't have anything like that. This place is a total disaster with a mere waste of money. There were crabs in swimming pool with frogs inside the room. The rooms are leaking badly and all the water was pouring inside. The food was okay. Rooms are smelly. There was no water facility inside the house in the night and people actually washed their hands in the swimming pool. Also, most of the people slept outside in the night and some waited for the wee hours do they could return home asap. Please don't waste 15000 rs on such places as you may have better options.
