The intent is good here. However place needs uplifting and maintenance, not a service or employee issue.
If it wasn't for the manager and staff this place would shut down. Staff is very hard working and go above and beyond to please.
Must have been a great place once but it's run down. On the plus point the bed sheets and towels are crispy clean. Finally it's very inexpensive so if you are in a bind just suck it up and stay. A great deal. However if the management invests some money to redo this place it would really pick up and they would triple their income. Might be a good investment for someone.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Everything worked smoothly right from the check-in process to the food to the WiFi to the checkout. All the members of the staff of the hotel were very courteous and greeted us with a smile and Namaste. We ordered dinner twice in our room which was very delicious and felt like we were eating at our home. The breakfast had limited options but served our purpose perfectly. The location of this hotel is one of the best in the city. We booked a TVS Scooterette and bought a TV from showrooms very close to the hotel. The WiFi was the best we have ever used in a hotel and we have stayed at hotels in 15 different countries which says a lot. I recommend this hotel 100% to everyone looking for a comfortable and economical hotel stay in the beautiful city of Vadodara.

Very ill maintained place. Smelly lobby and rooms. Lift not working half the time. Hot showers only after 9a.m. most fittings in the bathrooms broken. Mostly like a truckers lodge than a hotel.
