  This store has a great collection of Mont Blanc and Tom Ford frames. Excellent support from Naveen and Ajisha in selection, eye-testing and choosing the right Zeiss lens - thoroughly professional, unbiased recommendations. They were well-informed to answer all product & prescription-related asks. Promptly communicated and had my glasses ready on the date & time promised. Highly recommend this store.

  Walked in with a loose fitting eye wear and Mr. Rehmat fixed it for me and they were kind enough to not even charge me for it. Thanks a lot for the service. Titan eye has my respect :)

  Deeply dissatisfied with the service received. Visited the store to address a minor issue where a single screw had come loose, expecting a simple replacement. However, the technician informed me that it wasn't possible to fix the screw and suggested replacing the entire frame instead, quoting a cost of 20,000, which is significantly higher than the mere 500 that a screw might cost. I must commend your sales tactics. Perhaps a more fitting suggestion would be to consider replacing your head of service.

  I purchased a spectacle (vogue’s) worth 9,000 a year ago from this store. The spec is damaged, a screw is lost. I told them to repair it. They denied to accept the spectacle frame citing reason technician is away. I told them to keep it there and by next day when i come they could give it back after repair. But they refused to accept it. This stores service post purchase is very poor. I will never purchase specs from here. Good bye.

  NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.
  
  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the store's salesperson. I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses with prescription lenses. After waiting a week for the product to arrive at the store, I was excited to pick up my first pair of Ray-Bans. However, to my dismay, the sunglasses frame was covered in scratches and looked like a used item. Despite their insistence that these were new frames, I refused to accept them and requested a replacement.
  
  Unfortunately, after another week, when I returned to pick up the replacement, the new sunglasses also had similar scratches on the frame. Since they were unwilling to refund my money, I reluctantly accepted them, feeling completely dissatisfied. I ended up paying over 12K+ for what appeared to be a used pair of sunglasses.
  
  I strongly advise against ordering from this store. Their handling of customer concerns is subpar, and they resort to manipulative tactics. Save yourself the trouble and consider alternatives.

  So I went to Titan Eye Plus in Phoenix Marketcity, Bangalore to get a prescription glass made for my wife. She was trying different frames which were on display. This being a small store, there was only one sales person and he was preparing bill for another customer (both seated at a small table). After around 10 minutes he shouted from his table telling us "Billing is closed".
  
  Note that the store had lights on, the gate was open, no "Closed" sign anywhere, a person was still sitting at the billing counter.
  
  Anyway, I did not contest on that. However, I told him that 'You should have told us that the store is closed when we entered, right?"
  To my surprise, he took an offense and started misbehaving with us! I was shocked and taken aback for a bit but then recorded a video with as much as I can! (Unable to upload video in the review here. Check my tweet. Screenshots attached).
  
  At the end he was like "Do whatever you want, I don't care".
  
  People please avoid going to their Phoenix Mall outlet.
  I hope action will be taken against him.
