Well maintained. Very strict in security. Private temple hence no rules broken. Almost all the schedules are as the original Tirupati.

Very well maintained , this is a private property prayer temple, so that we have to sign in the visitor pass and shall enter in to the temple,No hundiyal . One can donate for an nadanam as much as they like, no other charges .

Fantastic Temple of Lord Perumal.I had visited this place with my wife when the Kalyanotsav was being performed to the Lord.This is a must visit temple.Really peaceful and maintained very well.The surroundings are very neat and clean and the place is not much crowded.For those who are unable to visit Tirupati,I would recommend them to visit 'Then Tirupati' as the atmosphere here would definitely make you feel you are at Tirupati.Venkatramana Govinda.
