The Platina, itself says an awesome architecture. This giant building can be seen from anywhere. Though it's not an IT SEZ but a commercial space with number of small IT establishments. It is spacious, provide good amenities and built with modern technology.

One of the most fancy looking business centres in Hyderabad. Easily noticeable given its unique style. Many companies have their corporate offices here. There is Wing A & Wing B, with the list of companies displayed outside. Sufficient parking space around the building.

Its paid parking for even employees working there.even place is not sufficient, they dont bother. They will suggest to take paid parking @ 10 INR per hour. No food facility.

I would like to bring notice to the management regarding some issues which most of the employees are facing.
1. The security personnel are very lazy always seating in their positions, watching movies in their smart phones and on call all the time.
2. Coming to the two wheeler parking, the parking is very pathetic and we have to have park outside the building, since almost 10 days it is raining and the park which is very muddy not able to walk to enter to park the vehicle since it is very slippery.
