  Huge budget hotel. Staff is very professional and friendly. Hotel has nice swimming pool, kids play area, garden and boat ride is also available.
  Rooms are clean and view is superb. Food is good

  The resort is located in a picturesque location. One can thoroughly enjoy the nature in a calm, serene atmosphere. Food is above average. Rooms are with all star-hotel facilities. One negative aspect is the lack of professionalism with reception staff. One or occasionally two overworked persons with a table and couple of chairs manage the reception. This can easily be improved. Packages for bulk accommodation (conferences) available.

  It was soothing and pleasant. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Excellent room service. Delicious cuisine. Customery menu. Well managed. Accessible and well organized.

  Lovely place to stay on weekends with family... Lovely surrounding the pool play area the lounge... There could be more games options for kids in the fanzine though... But in all its was a nice experience... Very helpful staff... And clean rooms the view is lovely from the balcony

  Nice place to hang around. Take a room which has the view of the pond. Food is good. Hotel conducts weekend activities at evening and morning... Good for children
  You can have a boat ride during the day which is complimentary. Game zone is not that spacious to accommodate the weekend crowd. But I'll give a 5 for the view from the room. Ensure that you take the room at the top floor.

  property at a good location and the property is also good. But the staff and management is not very professional. One has to be after them all the time. Hardware is good but software needs revamp.

  It's a very Spacious resort. Quite welcomi g, by it's staff when they greet you with some amazing drink on your way in. And just the location is in a great place. It's silent, and so full of life at the same time.
  The lobby is HUGE and well lit, next to which they have gaming rooms, dining area, outdoor dining area, swimming pool, 3 different gardens, play area for children, a gym, an outdoor gym, river for canoeing, etc.
  Then there are 3 floors throughout the resort with cosy but spacious enough rooms, Some with amazing views and some facing the lawns and swimming pool.
  Their food is good, and their buffet too, I'd give a 3.5/5 for Meals.
  Rooms I'd give a 4.2/5, well furnished rooms, with a big soft bed that you can sink into, a Sofa which can be pulled out onto a bed which is not bad if you have extra people.
  The bathroom was really well done, with a tub, and really soft towels...
  Room service was responsive and valet was helpful.
  All in all my vacation was well spent.

  Lovely and great first immpression of resort. I would have left with a good immpression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both place attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in feature.

  Large property. Poor maintenance Service can be improved. This place has a potential to be very good weekend resort. It seems this needs a major overhaul in Operation n Maintenance of this facility. Swimmingly pool water was green and but smelly. I hope the management takes this review positively and implement the changes.

  Very nice resort for a complete relaxation and to pamper yourself. The location, the hospitality, the food everything was so perfect. Great stay!

  We stayed on 20th and 21st may 2017 (two nights).
  OVERPRICED. THEY charge service charges even on room tarif and service tax on service charges as well, even if you does not opt for any service in room.
  Rooms are not well maintained they needs renovation, interior is poor.
  Services are not upto the mark, fridge of our room was not working after complaining technician came and said would send somebody to change but nobody came. We again called and the same thing happened and clock striked 12 in the night and finally they replied it could be done the next day only.
  Hand towels are given only on demand. Bed covers are not changed on daily basis.
  
  We stayed in hotels better then this at prices much better then this resort like Picadle, Avion, Dukes etc.

  Spic and span. Spread out lush lawns around compact building with luxurious rooms. All 68 rooms have a balcony with great view and attached bathrooms with bathtubs.

  I stayed at this resort on the 30th of April for a night with my family and the experience was nightmarish to say the least. To begin with I have never ever encountered such rude and unprofessional staff. I was accompanied with 8 families so we tried almost everything on the menu and the food was below average. The icing on the cake was a gentleman called Sudhir who was the manager or a supervisor but was aggressive whenever we gave him a feedback on the food and service quality. If you like arguments, & aggressive waiters on your weekend getaway than Lagoona resort is an ideal place, but if you are looking for a pleasant and fun-filled weekend than give this place a miss at any cost!!

  Good place, nice rooms, in the vicinity of some quiet and beautiful spots of Lonavala. Decent views from rooms. Tariff is a little high. Food was ok.

  It was a great location, with a nice place to sit out in the evening. Not too far from the highway. The staff were friendly with pretty good food.
