  This review is about the Family Doctor clinic at BTM. The staff here is not trained on computers. they make you wait a lot, wasting time on computer. It took 3 days for me to get a simple blood test done. The reason they said was network is down. Thought they collect blood sample in the clinic, its send to another lab and they send the results back through their network ! Sounds cool, but wasted my 3 days. The actual test just took a day, but it didn't reach the clinic for 2 days ! Luckily my test results were ok. But just imagine if there was something wrong !! You would be diagnosed 2 days late ! Also tests costs are on higher side. The Doctor herself was unhappy about the staff here. She told me I'm not able to diagnose your disease due to delay in test reports !!
