  One of the most unprofessional lab test centre in this profession. I had called them a day in advance for sugar test and they confirmed they will be available at 8AM in their clinic. I reached at 7.55 and waited until 8.10, but nurse was yet to come. Since it was for my mother, patience ran low. I looked for alternatives near by,and was fortunate to find Apollo Diagnostics a few metres ahead. They seem to open thier clinic at 7AM. Since people have to fast/stay hungry in the morning, it is important to look for labs that open early and respect time and health conditions of thier patients. "The Family Doctor" you surely lost my respect, business is secondary.

  Guys don't take risk with health...I went with fever due to throat infection..they did not even bother to diagnose properly...just standard high dosage antibiotics they gave...I felt it was not correct and they charge high

  The receptionists are very badly behaved and they treated my grandmother who was in an emergency situation by chasing her away from the clinic!! Even if it was an emergency they have thrown her out for no reason at all!! And when I called to complain they have cut the calls innumerable times. If you all don't want to lose even the littlest hope of life that is left PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOPELESS CLINIC!

  Inexperienced staff and gimmiky clinic...
  
  nurse of there don't know how to give IV!!!! she was searching for the vein for almost 10 min and later inserted 5 -10 times !! First learn and then keep a clinic

  Such a worst experience we had at the family doctor clinic, my husband had severe fever, we consulted Dr. Kanu priya at the clinic, she gave very hard medicine with out doing any test, because of that medicine it's effected the BP and other issues started , and went to her after two days then she suggested for dengue test , we gave sample , after that even after 2 days they were not able give us the report, we called more than 20 times to front desk ladies, her response was " I will give lab people number if you want you can check with them only", we contacted lab people ( extranal) th
  ey told they got sample very recently and they will take one more day time, finally we had to go to other doctor by that time my husband situation was pathetic coz we came to know it was dengue ( other clinic took just 1 hour to give the report) , we suffered a lot , no good doctor, no fecilities, they never properly to response to patients, if call again and again they disconnect the calls, Dr.kanu priya is very worst doctor, she start arguing with people with out listening to their issue.

  Daylight robbery...Went here for cold and flu... consultation charge was 300 but just for an injection they charged 630 more....never ever visit this place...and they have a pharmacy where you won't find medicines prescribed by their own doctor.

  One of the most money mined and heartless doctors are recruited here. They refused to render first aid for my unconscious mother in the next building. Terrible terrible doctors
