Over expensive, with limited variety but good quality. They are using their brand name. Only to sell products. There are other good big local jewelrs in delhi, who severs better.
The support staff members are quite pretty and had a good range of golds and diamonds. And as I mentioned that it is quite good place to visit to if u are looking for the good quality of diamonds and golds. Then u can evelenly trust Tanishq Jewellers.
The staff here at dwarka in a bit less courteous and may be judge you by what you are wearing currently, I find this old mentality of many showrooms of treating or giving preference based on their attire.
The place is hard to located from main road you have to be very slow and searching for place in place of driving.
Owner of d store Mr. Harmeet is very good person. He is very helping.... his staaf also good. And collection is awesome.....
Nothing much to write about this this store. It's one of the Tanishq stores. However, I personally feel Gurgaon's Gold souk Tanishq show room is better
Good staff but options are slightly limited
Nice place and helpful staff. But sometimes you feel they run out of options.
Good services. But some hairstylists are not that proficient.
A normal Tanishq. Two floors. Nice staff.
Good collection and we'll behaved salesman.
Best jewellery with best price. Courteous staff. Nice policies.
Near to my residence. Beautiful designs and nice collection.
Very helpful and courteous staff! True TATA style!
Good collection. Great staff and stuff. Excellent service
Nice shopping Plaza with different types of shops
Good place to get Tanishq jewellery in Dwarka.
Very bad customer service. After making me wait for 30 days against promised 20 days, a manager to whom matter was escalated has the gall to dish out excuses like
1 we shouldn't have taken this order
2 will reprimand the salesperson who's off today when she's back
And many more such dumb excuses
How's a customer coming for Tanishq brand concerned if you guys aren't capable of knowing what commitment to make and how to keep them?
Felt like I'm dealing with a babu @ MCD or the erstwhile DESU
SUCH A SHAME!!
Wasted my precious time and breath here. An eminently forgettable encounter.
We went to buy gold necklace for our niece. One lady from the staff started showing us the jewellery. Her body language appeared to be rude from the beginning still we ignored it, but then when we started asking questions related to how gold price in tanishq is different from other shops she reverted back with a statement with a sarcastic smile "Are you purchasing for the first time". I replied back that we are purchasing first time in tanishq but we are not purchasing gold for the first time. We then started asking her price of our shortlisted products and asked a question related to hall mark and making charges, it felt to us that she is irritated as she replied back that you can buy from Chandini Chowk . Well even Ratan Tata would not have been that much rude.
I personally felt that when you go to such branded shop people assess you with your clothes and your appearance. But I think customer service should be invariable to how good or bad you look.
I gave two stars because after this manager intervened and we were then assisted by Ms. Neelam who was sweet and patient. Finally we have purchased a gold necklace from the shop as designs were good.
I think they need to teach the staff how to behave with different types of customer. Everybody is not Tata or Ambani. If middle class people are not required at Tanishq then they should display a board outside the shop stating people with this much income are allowed rest are not allowed. Really disappointing !!!
Collection is good but price is very high in comparison to other jewellery shops closeby
