My dad is currently admitted there. I am sure they are doing their best but this review is to improve what is lacking. There are few things we observed, one is that the expenses explained and what they are charging do not tally. It goes to say it is more than what was discussed. I suggest that before admission of patient they make sure the paying party knows what the the lumpsum amount per day includes and what is excluded. They get a a signature too so then everything is clear from the beginning. 2ndly, they are supposed to inform caregiver when there is a problem and if any medication has been changed.They should take in writing who to contact and report everyday or give a time frame for making calls.
I do hope they become efficient to make this a great facility.Numbers have been provided have given contact numbers but nobody picks up the phone regularly..They need to set these things. I am communicating for my mother because she is not there with my dad and she has been frustrated with the communications part.

Su(Live)Vitas(Again)

Name says everything..!!!

Based on one of our Doctor's ( Dr Nagaraj - Fortis) advice we chose this rehab center for my Dad's Nursing care or Further treatment due to Brain stroke.

Vandana was the first person whom I approached for further formalities or admission and from the day 1 till my father got discharged she was there for us to fullfill all our requirements.

Even the doctor's within Suvitas are well approachable and they take care of their patients very well with right direction and with the right approach/treatment. Everyday they were giving us and our family doctor all the updates at a timely manner to know the situation well.

I must say, Physio sessions within our stay in Suvitas helped my dad well for him to recover physically and mentally. Day by day there was a gradual improvement and we were very happy for the treatment/physical exercises which was done by Amarnath within physio department. He was very friendly and motivating my dad to push it to the maximum extent by which progress was very good.

Thanks to every Nurse, ward boy who were helping us everytime when we were in need of them.

Without a second thought, I must say this is the best Rehabilitation centre in Bangalore.

My mother was admitted in suvitas, when she had come she did not have any counscious, could not speak, she was on RT tubes, but now she is speaking, responding, eating and walking with support. The physiotherapy, swallow therapy and respiratory therapy is very good. I am very satisfied with the experience.

My dad who was out of a severe covid attack was admitted here 20days back..for post covid rehabilitation...within no time he was completely recovered physically and mentally..CARE is the best medicine that they use here..THANK YOU suvitas for the timely support..
Your WELL EQUIPPED PHYSIOTHERAPY CARE...WELL EXPERIENCED TEAM OF DOCTORS....HOMELY nursing care support has really brought my dad to his normal life style..

We are very happy with the service offered at Suvitas, Bangalore. There is a lot of improvement for my son which we had not accepted which would happen in three months we are here. I would like to mention the physiotherapy which is the best and added to it we are happy with the occupational therapy done by Shivani and swallow and speech therapist Elvis.
