    Nice service centre they will discuss and clarify with customers if there is an repair /issue and provide the best services not like other centres which never discuss and make the customers comfortable to talk the repairs and calrify it.

    Customer Friendly Sales Centre, Vehicle Friendly Service Centre, Rest is Mystery, these people will make a History :) come on Nissan ;) Japan Made is just love the Technology in it.

    If u buy new car from Nissan Request plz don't go for Service center of this hosa

    Many people suggested me not go but still I went 4 times bad experience final learnt
    They charge for all the oil but oil is filled and fooled later we caught and asking sorry they forgot new lobour they are not experienced they said
    My friend car he told he will to go to the center he told later I told I it's a new car give their only
    After service vehicle only not moving he has to call tooooo vechile and pull car to the center

    If still not believed plz go and experience ur own
    Then will come to knw

    They stole the parts and they shifit the parts from one car to another.

    Totally expensive car and at the time of we are buying the car they are telling maintenance also very cheap but after we are giving the service minimum 10000 rupees coming bus service is not correct why they are doing like that I don't know I think its business ethics

    Worrorest advior Gautham and the Manger Girsih .. waste fellows in service center.. they only made mistakes because of that my two tyres gone.. when I'm asking solution .. Manager Girsih is refuse to do.. worrorest service I before service was good.. #Nissan #Dutsun.. I'm not gone go for next service there.. worrorest people

    This rating is only for the sales office and not for the car.

    The sales person was courteous and explained all the features properly. He also gave me an instant test drive. Over all satisfied with their service.

    However I didn't buy the car, as it was not up to my expectations.

    These guys are bigs cheats I have bought terrano. The dashboard is broken from inside. Since they delivered late night I could not really check opening the dash board. Later when I complained they did not care to replace the broken part. The delivery is pathetic.delivery was supposed to be on my birthday. They delivered late night. Really big cheats and no respect for customer

    No respect for customer after sales.
    They will be rude and They will argue why they behave rude.
    Because for them customer is always wrong.

    First time i took my car out from the showroom and the right side door is not properly fitted, i told them door fitting is not proper, they told me why you didn't come one day before and didn't check the car. If i need's to come there and check means i don't know what is their work in showroom.

    I told them manual window's are not working proper, instead of fixing that, they suggesting me to change it to power windows.

    After one month also they are not even gave me the parcel tray, i ordered when the time of booking. I told them to cancel or change to center locking two weeks before. For center locking the amount what the team leader told is diff from the other sales representative in the same show room. I asked about the price diff to the Team Leader, for that he asked me "WHO", "What" in rude manner.

    He didn't asked me Who told you or What he told. He just asked me In single Word "Who" and "What" in rude voice tone.
    I told him the way you are speaking is not right, but at last also he didn't understand what i try to tell him.

    They will not fix the problem. If you ask about the problem to the manager or team leader they will tel you, we don't know anything and we are not responsible for the mistakes made by our service guys and the car taken from our showroom.

    SURYA NISSAN NO 1FRAUD DEALER BE CAUTIOS One of the worst service center they stolen my new battery and placed old battery which lost for 3months after 2nd service,this I came to know when car not taken self
    To say in brief at the purchasing vehicle iMicra active the battery is Hitachi brand and after the second service it is placed Exide manufacturing date is 2013 and my Micra model is 2015 so please don't trust this showroom they frauds
    Nissan brand is so good but this stupid dealer is spoiling the brand

    Please be cautious while you giving.vehicle to service and while taking delivery ensure battery and tyres,if possible just put some secret identification marks like signature

    Very Important: Surya Nissan are Cheaters

    Folks,

    SURYA NISSAN are BIG Cheaters, don't take my word, Just try this before buying the car at SURYA NISSAN.

    1. Get the Onroad price quote for any NISSAN car at surya NISSAN where it includes all the prices like insurance, offers.
    2. Now go to Other Nissan dealer showroom and do the same.
    3. Compare the Quota of Surya Nissan and Other dealers.

    Definitely, Surya Nissan quote will be costly than Other dealers.

    Surya NISSAN is Great cheater of all times. I bought Terrano, and lost around 15K, and i have all the bills, but still cannot get my money back. Finally i give up. This is great lesson for me, atleast while buying my next car.

    Surya NISSAN will mention the value of insurance more on the onroad price, but actually its cheap game.

    Example:
    If bumper to bumper insuracne is 30K, then they will quote 43-45K on the onroad price. This fraud will came to know when you receive you original Insurance copy which will be issued 45days or more after the purchase of your car. So before buying, check the insurance and corporate offers else you will be cheated easily.

    Surya NISSAN are bloody cheaters. If you don't believe me, then try it yourself.

    Worst employees. Nissan is nice but this dealer is so bad I did not get delivery or anything on time. Paperwork unless you shout at them won't happen. Half of accessories won't be available or you can wait for 3 weeks. Mobile holder is also not available No help with insurance and the staff are not at all experienced with cars. Can't tell price of accessories properly then charge 4 times after installing. Idiots
