  Worst place. Never ending problems. Water issue - no water available during summers, parking is filled with rain water during monsoon, water slippage, parking problem, overcrowded, pathetic maintenance, zero support from facility management, took 1.5 months just to paint a wall. Worst place to live in. Brokers are posting fake reviews, beware!

  Location is perfect but build quality is worse. Seepage on every wall leading to cement flush out. Wall debris will start within 6 months for new flats. Always there is a construction going on making it very dusty near by.

  As this is the good place to stay.Area is good no crowd and no rush out there.
  Extra charges are there for membership of gym,swimming pool, security and maintainance are there.

  Have lived here for around 2 years on rent.. Didnt liked it at all.. Poor build quality.. Too congested from inside. I mean you need to walk 900m from gate 1 if you want to reach CS10 tower . Totally disapointed by the infra and managment. Parking used to always filled with sewer water specially during rainy days.👎🏻

  We have a flat in supertech so we used to go there. Construction quality is not up to the mark and finishing of the flat or buildings were not as we expected. But living here is convenient as everything is available at your door step. Electricity bills are high here but security arrangements are good and we feel safe while living here.

  Though supertech is located nearby metro station. But, its not been mainted properly. Maintenance charges are high. Only plus point is that the rent is economical.

  It is a highly congested housing complex with haphazard and narrow internal roads. Clubs and facilities are good but highly disorganised by the builder. Even the security guards are confused about the directions, paths and alleyways. Getting cabs and local transport is difficult.

  The flats quality is ok ok type. However, the security guards and other security arrangements are really good. Very safe and secure society in Noida.
