Let me start with the + points
1. Ambience is very good
2. Display is truly impressing
3. Very spacious
4. Range of Sony products is huge
5. The sales guy Mr. Iyappan is very friendly and knowledgeable. This guy deserves a nice appreciation from Sony

1. Manager is not so customer friendly and flexible. Need to improve on this frontreport this review -

Just go,see the item,come out and buy in some other shop.Sales person not even interested to switchon the tv.when he does,he wont unmute the volume.Even if he unmutes by request, gives vague answers and try to pull legs instead of answering to our doubts.Dont know his name, but he is old part.

good service center. but you have to wait for original spare parts to arrive at this location instead you can check in with city interior .
